[CLUE-Tech] using Earthlink with Linux

I do not use kppp, but it should work fine .... he mayy want to add a 
couple of commas after the number ... this sometimes helps the negotiation 
with 56k modems on either end ...

Also, have him pick up an extension after the call is dialed and listen to 
the voice...
