[CLUE-Tech] using Earthlink with Linux

Where is the Red Hat dialer icon that you mentioned?  Is it one of the icons that shows up on the desktop with a full install of RH6.2?  I don't remember seeing such an icon on my KDE/RH6.2 desktop.
