[CLUE-Tech] Mozilla 0.7 Web Browser Problems/Fixes

Hmm, 

That is strange.  My Mozilla .7, with earlier build #, has PSM compiled
in.  I could access https right out of the box.  Just tested it again,
to be sure, on www.belco.org.

I wonder what is up with yours?
