As far as I'm concerned M$ is guily until they prove themselves 
innocent.  However, a law suit is not likely to be fruitful, but a club 
complaint to the Justice Department may be in order and actually do some 
good.  The bottom line is that this is just one more example of M$ 
abusing its monopoly postition.  And, I for one don't like it.
