Thanks for all the suggestions, guys. I wanted to ask if anyone has anything
to say about this book:

"Learning the UNIX Operating System", O'Reilly publishing.

Also: why is the UNIX CD Bookshelf out of print? Amazon has the 2nd edition
listed as printed in Feb 2000, that's only two years ago. ?
