[CLUE-Tech] Anyone using Wine?

I asked a question about Media Player on the wine-users list, but got no
answers, so I thought I'd go local and ask, since there seems to be a lot of
knowledgeable people on here. I can't even get past the
install of Windows Media Player 6.4 under wine.

Here's what I actually sent to wine-users:
===================================================
I'm trying to install Media Player 6.4...I get up to the point just where
install is saying, installing foo (foo varies, sometimes it says
DirectSound, other times Codec Preinstall, or DirectEx). Then I get an error
that says:

"Unhandled exception <hex> at address <hex>. Do you wish to debug it?"

I am running FreeBSD 4.4. Wine version is Wine release 20010824. According
the app database, others are getting this to work, so I'm not sure why I
can't...

Here is a log of commandline output:

bash-2.05$ wine mpfull.exe
