I generally browse CTAN:

  http://www.ctan.org/

when looking for (La)TeX templates.  Heres one that may be what you
want:

  http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/leaflet.html

and I'm sure there are others.  Good luck.
