[CLUE-Tech] BIOS Configuration Doc

Hi Folks.

Well, I'm getting blue in the face here googling for a comprehensive BIOS
setup guide. The PDF from the Biostar website is junk.

New MOBO is a Biostar M7VIG Pro, with Phoenix BIOS which looks amazingly
identical to Award. Since the Phoenix website has info on Award as well,
that's not surprising -- I just hadn't heard it'd been bought.
