[CLUE-Tech] RH8, Gallery, and php upgrade

I'm trying to update php from php-4.2.2 to php-4.3.1 because the app I'm
trying to fix requires the php upgrade. I'm having dependency problems
upgrading php-4.3.1 and can't find the necessary packages to upgrade or
issue the correct commands to upgrade them. 

Gallery is a web photo gallery and the requirements page and in the
troubleshooting FAQ it indicates that Apache2.0 and php-4.2.2 don't work
well together (at least as far as Gallery is concerned). It recommends
upgrading to php-4.3.x to solve the problem.

when I try to upgrade to 4.3.1 I get: 
# rpm -Uvh php-4.3.1-1.i386.rpm
error: Failed dependencies:
        libdb-3.2.so is needed by php-4.3.1-1
        libmm.so.11 is needed by php-4.3.1-1
        php = 4.2.2-8.0.8 is needed by (installed) php-imap-4.2.2-8.0.8
        php = 4.2.2-8.0.8 is needed by (installed) php-ldap-4.2.2-8.0.8
        php = 4.2.2-8.0.8 is needed by (installed) php-mysql-4.2.2-8.0.8

Trying to upgrade libdb and libmm are the first problems. They're not
installed and I can't find them by searching at:
https://rhn.redhat.com/network/software/search.pxt
or at 
rpmfind.net.

I also can't install them by running 
up2date libdb
or 
up2date libmm

Any clues?
