[CLUE-Tech] upgrading and downgrading redhat and fedora

Just a short note - FC1 is much more like RH9 than is FC2.  FC2 made the 
leap to kernel 2.6 where as FC1 is still in the 2.4 series.

I've moved quite a few RH8 and RH9 boxes to FC1 without problem and have 
been quite happy there.
