I think this is the answer.  When I saw the IRQ pop up I immediately 
thought "this isn't right."  I'm pretty sure this isn't supposed to be 
3.  I think it's supposed to be 5, actually... but I could be wrong.  
I'll take a look at the card and BIOS settings.
