Don't know about the anti-virus stuff, that part may cost money. But
look at:

TrendMicro/antivirus.com
sophos
McAfee/uvscan
tripwire
Vfind/cyber
amavis www.amavis.org (project on sourceforge)

And see if there are Linux variants available. You also might check out
www.sendmail.org and maybe www.sendmail.com to check out the
commercially-supported variant. Or maybe you want to run something
instead of Sendmail, maybe PostFix, Exim, Qmail, Courier, whatever. Look
at the Web sites and whatnot for those products. Maybe also Sourceforge
and Freshmeat, too.
