[CLUE-Tech] OT: AMD Socket 939 CPUs

This is an off topic request here... but I just purchased this new 
motherboard:

And then I purchased a brand new AMD Athlon 64 3200+ CPU, which was very 
affordable.  Well, when I try to boot the system up, the board just 
hangs and the error codes indicate that it doesn't recognize the CPU.  I 
see there are a few new bios updates for this board out, but in order 
for me to apply them, I would need another CPU to use.  I need one of 
the following cpus:

3500+
3800+
4000+

It seems silly to have to buy a new CPU just to flash a bios, so I'm 
wondering if I could "rent" a cpu from somebody on the list if they 
would allow me to just to flash the bios.  I'm even willing to trade 
some gear for the use of the cpu.  I have things like Adaptec SCSI cards 
that I don't need anymore that I'd be willing to swap.  I also have a 
USB scanner (Visioneer 6200), HP color inkjet printer (about 2 years 
old, don't remember the model #).  I'm just not willing to spend a few 
hundred bucks on a new CPU just for a bios flash.  Please email me off
