The total monthly fee for my net connection is 48.94.  Included in that 
is the static IP fee of 5.95 and the modem rental fee of 5.00.  Here is 
a snapshot of my bill.

The actual 5.00 fee for the modem rental shows up on another part of the 
bill.  Hopefully that will go away after I mail back the Actiontec and 
get my Cisco 675 in place.
