[clue-tech] list netiquette

I hope no one will take offence, but here goes anyway:

1. It would be a really good idea (tm) if folks would trim their posts
when quoting to the minimum required to maintain context. Reading post
after post with replies that repeat trash like this half a dozen times
is just plain obnoxious and inconsiderate of others:

2. Top posting has been discouraged on every group that I have joined.
It gets especially tedious when there are multiple quotes, most of
which are bottom posts  interspersed with a few top posts.
