Jed already told you that QWest was providing #3 for him. So there's
your example.
I use QWest basic too and have no complaints about it. For Zonker it
might be better than FRII, though I don't see it anymore. Still, the
cheaper options should work. He already has all the services he needs,
just wants an alternate path to his house. And if QWest has problems
he's still got cable while he deals with QWest support (they seem
competent enough if the problem is their end and Zonker can handle his
end I'm sure).
