[clue-tech] DSL modem issue?

I did receive a new DSL modem from Qwest (best spirit of service I've received yet) and plugged in and am ready to go.  It appears to be a Motorola box called Netopia Router.

I did run some speed tests and I'm given approx. 1.2Mbps.  I check my Qwest bill and I'm paying $44.99/month for Qwest Silver.  According to Qwest's web site, this should be "fastest' plan which is 12Mbps.  Am I not set up correctly?  I'm currently plugged directly into the new DSL modem/router.

I'd like some opinions before I call Qwest again to have them investigate.
