[clue-tech] DSL modem issue?

First, in Qwest's defense ( can't believe I just said that), I'm sure 
the promise is  UP TO 12Mbps, and there a many many reasons you might 
not get that, but 1.2 is considered a bit on the low side.  I'd push 
them to get you a better speed or explain why not.

And, when you're done with Qwest and want some real service and speed, 
call Forethought.
