I'm pretty lazy, so I just ran mii-tool, which is enough answer about SIOCGMIIPHY for me, for now. I forgot to pick up the new NICs, so that'll have to wait 'til Monday. Then, I'll try making a new module later. I'm no brain dead normal user, I'm just slightly lazy.
