We can certainly expand on that. Those who think the lists should be run
differently could volunteer to be the mail admin, the mailman admin, the
system admin, etc.

I still don't see why it is that people have difficulty with topical
mailing lists. Is anyone surprised at the notion that VB programming
questions would be unwelcome on the LKML?

And it's a near certainty that everyone who has subscribed to CLUE-Tech
has visited the Mailman page which has the "About" section as the 1st
paragraph.
