This configuration won't work as the wireless connection is directly to the
router. You must add rules to the router and if that is not possible, then
an external solution like OpenDNS is necessary. If you can add rules, then
the proxy only needs a single NIC.

Another way to keep the solution in house is to separate the wireless from
the router which means a second wireless access point (or router configured
as one).
