[clue] RFC tracking system

I've used several ticketing systems and Remedy is the most impressive in
it's functionality of all that I've used.  The problem I had with it was
that our management wanted to use it to track every metric they could dream
up and my job quickly became more about virtual paper work in Remedy and
less about doing actual work.
