[clue] [installfest] Provisonal schedule and proposals

Installfests will be held the 1st Saturday in odd months   jan , mar , may , july , sep , nov  ( unless holiday )  then the second Saturday and so on.
The venue will be either denhac , Devry north , or Uncubed.  None of these locations is south.
Participants will be asked to donate if they choose.  CLUE has not be getting donations for many months ( at least not that I know about ).
Helpers at installfests will get certificates and other goodies as CLUE can afford.

All of the above is subject to discussion and change.

CLUE can use donations of money , swag for presenters and helpers , equipment for classes/installfests
