[clue] I propose that we use CLUE funds to buy two RaspberryPIs

I disagree with this request.  CLUE is and not been a formal legal entity since its inception, just a group of individuals with a common interest (more or less).  Thus, the idea of purchasing items for CLUE as a whole would have to be on a trust system with potentially little to no accountability of said purchases and/or items purchased.

Until CLUE does become a formal legal entity, I suggest even "donations" or "contributions" to the "CLUE pot" not even happen.  Then again, people are welcomed to give and do as they please since it is a matter of choice of their individual piggy banks use.

Just my $0.02 and FWIW.
