[clue] I propose that we use CLUE funds to buy two RaspberryPIs

When I was looking at Denhac, there was a passing mention of paying members
there get locker space.   (Worth getting a clue locker?)   Honestly, I
don't necessarily think it's a good idea or bad, but I thought I'd toss the
idea out.   Get a combination lock for it or something and give the combo
only to trusted-clues.
