[clue] CentOS new user experience.

Red Hat actually does have a vested interest in keeping CentOS around. It
keeps people using a RHEL clone without having to pay for support and
whatnot on it meaning they maintain that mindshare of people. Then, when
you need support you pay Red Hat and convert your unsupported CentOS
installs over to RHEL. Red Hat isn't stupid, they know that the majority
of people/companies are not going to want to pay for support on
everything. VM's come to mind generally, take for instance our
environment. We build CentOS for VMs but things like the hypervisor and
storage are powered by RHEL. I don't really care if a VM blows up, I'll
just restore it from the most recent snapshot and go on with my day, if my
storage or hypervisor takes a digger then I want someone to call if I can't
figure it out in the first few minutes.
